About

Dr. M. Krishna Mohan, Professor of Physics and Nanotechnology at SRMIST, Kattankulathur, also serves as Associate Director (Admissions) at the Directorate of Admissions. His research interests include Nonlinear Optics, Astrophysics, Photocatalysis, Thermoelectric materials, and Gas Sensing, and he has guided five Ph.D. scholars with five more under mentorship. He has published extensively in reputed journals and held key administrative roles, including Board of Management member, University Library and Anti-Ragging Committees, and examination duties. Notably, he played a crucial role in establishing SRMJEEE centers in Kerala and has over a decade of experience as Centre Coordinator and Observer. In his current role, he manages the entire SRMIST admission process for UG and PG programs, including exam scheduling, portal management, question paper development, counseling, and enrollment procedures.
