Gas Sensing Facilities

This laboratory is designed for the evaluation of gas sensingproperties of materials and devices under controlled environments. It features bothstatic and dynamic measurement systems for detecting gases such as NO₂, H₂S,NH₃, SO₂, CO, and N₂O, enabling precise analysis of sensitivity, selectivity,response time, and recovery behavior.

Description:

The interaction between the gas molecule and the sensor produces a variation in the resistance. The resistance of the sensor film is measured using Keithley 2636B System Source meter of the measurement range. The target gases are manually injected inside the chamber.

Description:

Description:

The interaction between the gas molecule and the sensor produces a variation in the resistance. The resistance of the sensor film is measured using Keithley 2636B System Source meter of the measurement range. Target gases and the carrier gas were interfaced to the chamber via MFC of flow rate :0-200 sccm. In addition, the VOC flask of volume: 125 mL is equipped for VOC detection.
