Post Doctoral Fellow
Nanotechnology Research Centre

Dr. M. Arockia Jenisha is a materials researcher specializing in thermoelectric materials, with expertise spanning both bulk and thin-film systems. She earned her doctoral degree with a focus on enhancing thermoelectric performance through band engineering, doping strategies, interfacial design, and nanostructuring. Her research centers on transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) and metal chalcogenides, aiming to optimize their electrical and thermal transport properties. With hands-on experience in hydrothermal synthesis, pulsed laser deposition (PLD), and sputtering techniques, he is skilled in advanced characterization methods including XRD, SEM, XRF, TEM, and Raman spectroscopy. Her work contributes to the development of next-generation energy materials for efficient power generation and thermal management.
