Mr. Dinesh S is a Research Scholar whose research focuses on the development of advanced semiconductor nanostructures for Chemi- resistive gas sensing applications. His work involves the synthesis, structural and surface characterization, and performance evaluation of metal oxide nanomaterials with the aim of improving gas sensor sensitivity, selectivity, response speed, and long-term stability. His research is particularly directed toward the detection of toxic and hazardous gases for environmental monitoring, industrial safety, and public health applications. He is also interested in understanding the relationship between material properties, nanostructure morphology, and gas sensing mechanisms to design next-generation high-performance sensing materials.
