           My research focuses on advancing thermoelectric energy conversion by optimizing the dimensionless figure of merit (ZT) in advanced semiconductor. By utilizing advanced doping strategies and band engineering, I aim to decouple electrical and thermal transport—specifically by maximizing the Seebeck coefficient while minimizing lattice thermal conductivity—to enhance overall conversion efficiency for waste heat recovery.
