I am a PhD Research scholar currently pursuing my research in the field of Thermoelectrics. The thermoelectrics that I am working now is BiCuSeO because it has ultra-low thermal conductivity which is one of the important properties of Thermoelectrics material. The aim of my research is to improve its carrier concentration.
