Mr. M. Saran

Mr. SARAN M, one of the material researcher who works in the field of thermoelectrics. He joined Center of Excellence in Materials for Advanced Technology (CeMAT), SRMIST (formerly known as SRM University) in January 2022 as a doctoral student. He dedicated to advancing thermoelectric materials and devices by integrating materials design, synthesis, and device-level innovation for efficient energy conversion. Leveraging my expertise in materials science and solid-state physics. At present, he is focused on bridging fundamental thermoelectric research with practical applications, and his work focuses on next-generation TE systems, exploring silicide-based materials with scalable, cost-effective fabrication to enable future technologies for waste heat recovery and the development of autonomous power solutions.
