Mr. S. Kamesh

Mr. Kamesh Selvaraj is a material researcher who specializes in the use of functional materials in solar cell applications. As a Research Scholar, he joined SRM IST (formerly known as SRM University), the Functional Materials and Energy Devices research lab, in January 2021. He received his master's degree in physics from Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Sciences. He used his master's project to gain knowledge about tailoring material properties. He has knowledge of both physical and chemical methods for producing nanomaterials. He possessed the abilities and expertise required to make solar cells in the Functional Materials and Energy Devices Research Laboratory. The primary goal of Kamesh's study is to enhance the material properties of transition bi-metallic oxides to create different composites and architectures for usage in solar cells. He frequently presented his research at many reputed conferences and workshops.
