Ms. J. Karuna

Ms. J. Karuna has joined as a research scholar in SRMIST in the year of 2023. She has been working in the optimization and development of thermoelectric materials and devices for energy harvesting. Specifically, she focusses on improvising the transport properties of Higher Manganese Silicide for Thermoelectric applications. She has explored the effects of various dopants on the electronic and thermal properties of HMS. This work contributes to the sustainable energy solutions of thermoelectric generators for waste heat recovery.
